Specifically designed for Crab Snaring, Okuma introduces the Crab Snare Special Rod. The Crab Snare Special rods offer anglers a sensitive graphite composite blank and premium high-durability components that provide the power and strength needed to tackle strong currents and heavy water movement. The rods are two pieces for easy travel and rated for casting 3 to 8 ounces of weight and 20 to 40-pound line on the 11 foot and 12-16 ounces of weight and 20 to 50-pound line on the new 12 foot version.  The rod features aluminum oxide guide inserts, double-foot stainless steel guide frames, cork-wrapped nonslip fore and rear grips, and EVA cushions above and below the reel seat for all-day casting comfort.
